David has over 40 years of technical and management experience across shrimp aquaculture. As founder and Director of Vannamei 101, he has supported training and technology transfer across Asia and the Americas. His expertise includes hatchery management, genetic programs, intensive production systems, biofloc protocols, and recirculation systems.

Dr. Nageswara Rao specializes in sustainable, eco-friendly larval and seed production for L. vannamei and P. monodon shrimp. He has served in various capacities in India and Bangladesh, with a focus on larval disease and integrated health management. He is also a Board of Studies member in the Department of Bio-Technology at Andhra University, Visakhapatnam.

Steve Arce is the Global Technical Manager for Hendrix Genetics-Kona Bay Shrimp Aquaculture Unit. He has worked with Kona Bay Shrimp for over 10 years, following more than 20 years in research and development at Oceanic Institute, Hawaii, including work on the original SPF L. vannamei shrimp stocks through the USMSFP. He has also consulted for governments and private enterprises across Latin America, Asia, the EU, and MENA.

Deepak Patnaik brings 25 years of leadership across sales, marketing, business operations, animal nutrition, fisheries resource management, seafood, and aquaculture. He has led revenue growth, market expansion, high-value orders across Asia and Africa, product marketing, forecasting, sales planning, process improvement, and large cross-functional teams with a focus on top-line and bottom-line performance.
